Develop and maintain the identity and access management (IAM) data and catalogs for Bank of America. Ensure accuracy and integrity of IAM processes by regularly reviewing and updating data and catalogs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improving IAM processes. Create and implement strategies to optimize IAM data and catalogs, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to IAM data and catalogs, incorporating new ideas and technologies into our processes. Train and support team members on IAM data and catalog management to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization. Monitor and track IAM data and catalog performance, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with security teams to implement security controls and measures to protect IAM data and catalogs. Lead and mentor a team of IAM data and catalog specialists, providing guidance and support as needed. Communicate updates, changes, and improvements to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Continuously seek out ways to improve and enhance our IAM data and catalog processes, driving innovation and efficiency. Represent Bank of America as a subject matter expert in IAM data and catalog management at industry events and conferences. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to identify and implement new solutions and technologies to support IAM data and catalog management.
