Site Strategy Manager, Data Center Sites
Job Description:
- Plan, direct, and execute multiple moderate-to-large scale projects and programs
- Support the utility and land development for next-generation digital infrastructure
- Focus on site development planning for data centers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, and consultants
- Train and deploy machine-learning based program and project management and delivery platforms
- Build trust with the client, local communities, and regulatory and economic development entities
- Drive to completion due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field
- 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management
- Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects
- Licensed Professional Engineer, Architect, or Land Planner (preferred)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning (preferred)
- 12 or more years of experience in general land development, infrastructure, or project management (preferred)
- Proficient with data center operations and site development and construction processes
- Experience in managing client relationships and understanding their business needs
