Position: Store Manager (McMurray, PA) The purpose of this role is to provide incomparable salon and stylist support with education, personal product knowledge and business opportunity, while also managing the daily sales and inventory activity. The store manager would use their experience as a tool for recognizing and seeking growth, building customer relationships and providing a welcoming atmosphere for the team and clients alike. Position Summary: The Store Manager position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining sales and product movement, the stock replenishment cycle, client relations, staff and schedule management, educational opportunities, and marketing and promotional execution. Supervisory Responsibilities :

  • Interviews, selectively hires, and trains staff for the retail location.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Essential job functions and responsibilities: Full operating knowledge of POS system including but not limited to signing on/off register, report printing/filing, cash counting/deposit, etc. Inventory Control including but not limited to cycle counting, variance reporting, and regular maintenance. Replenishment and Supply Orders – maintaining a regular product flow without over/under stocking; knowledgeable on trend-based ordering, promotional/seasonal forecasting and maintaining level inventory of store supplies and resources. Unparalleled Customer Support through industry and product knowledge Merchandising and Marketing– strategically placing product based on space allotted, executing bi-monthly planogram updates, keeping signage and pricing up-to-date, pre-planning/executing layout adjustments. Staff Management – providing direction through comprehensible delegation of tasks/responsibilities, scheduling, guidance and training, and maintaining a positive disposition that provides a pleasant working environment for the whole team. Education planning and support Consistent, open communication with Operations Team and Home Office Committing to product knowledge training and skill-building opportunities Facilities Management and general upkeep – straightening product at end of day, sweeping, dusting, etc. Key personal attributes:

Experience/Education: Customer Service and Support Experience (1 year Required) Retail Sales and Operations (1-3 years preferred) MS Outlook and Excel (1 year preferred) Cosmetology License (preferred but not necessary) Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 25 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
  • Must be able to walk and stand up to 50% of the workday to perform duties.
  • Must be able to perform desk/computer work from either a sitting or standing position.
