The Role We're looking for an experienced FP&A professional to join our growing team. You'll serve as a trusted financial advisor to clients, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for clients
• Translate financial data into compelling narratives and presentations for client stakeholders
• Partner with clients to understand their business goals and align financial planning accordingly
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, identifying trends and surfacing key insights
• Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices in FP&A methodology
• Champion the adoption of modern tools — including AI-assisted analytics — to improve efficiency and output quality
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and advisory teams

What You Bring

• A coaching mindset: you enjoy bringing others along, not just solving problems yourself
• The ability to build trusted relationships – data alone is not “financial leadership”
• 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a client-facing or advisory environment
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Fathomhq, Power BI, or similar tools a strong plus
• Experience with AI or data analytics tools to enhance financial analysis workflows
• Outstanding communication skills — you can explain a complex financial concept to anyone
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Deep curiosity and a drive to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving financial landscape

Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including:

• Base salary range: $75,000 – $95,000 depending on experience and level
