Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for legal services.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and other team members to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute client invoices in compliance with company and client guidelines.
  • Maintain and update billing records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.
  • Analyze billing data and generate reports to support decision-making and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal billing standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of new billing systems or updates to current processes.

  • A strong understanding of billing processes and procedures, particularly within the legal or business services industry.
  • Proficiency in billing software and systems, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external clients professionally.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
