About Us
New Leaf Peer Support LLC is a licensed Recovery Support Services Organization (RSSO) based in Denver, Colorado we are extended to the Charlotte NC area . We provide non-clinical peer support, life skills development, and transitional support services to individuals navigating mental health, substance use, reentry, and housing instability. We are expanding and looking to build strong partnerships with licensed behavioral health providers to support Medicaid clients and ensure continuity of care. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Provider (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) who is credentialed DHHS (Medicaid)—MCO alliance health, trillium health resources, Vaya health, Partners health management to collaborate with our organization for the billing aspect work load will be light as we do have internal QA and supervision This is a flexible contract / partnership opportunity, not a traditional 9–5 role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support alignment of services for Medicaid behavioral health clients
- Participate in care coordination with peer support team
- Ensure services meet compliance and documentation standards
- Assist with service structure that supports billing and reimbursement
Qualifications
- Active NC license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, etc.)
- Credentialed with DHHS (Medicaid) REQUIRED
- Experience with behavioral health, substance use, or community-based services
- Familiarity with Medicaid or MCO systems
- Open to collaboration with peer support services
Compensation
