About the Role: Join our dynamic team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Abbott Younes as an Auto Insurance Sales Representative. This role offers the opportunity to help clients protect what matters most while building a rewarding career in a supportive and engaging environment. What You’ll Do: Quote and sell auto insurance to new and existing customers Review coverage and explain options clearly and professionally Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency Cross-sell home, renters, and life insurance when appropriate Maintain accurate customer records and follow compliance guidelines Provide excellent service before and after the sale What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills (sales or customer service experience preferred) Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented Organized and able to follow a sales process
