About the position At ALL TOGETHER AUTISM, the Assessment BCBA leads the initial phase of a family's journey towards progress. This role involves building rapport, utilizing critical assessment tools, and collaborating to develop the initial treatment plan, providing a clear roadmap for success. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping families design a blueprint for successful treatment by understanding their concerns, synthesizing assessment data into actionable insights, and focusing on the early stages of intervention.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and strong skills focused on understanding the ASD diagnostic evaluation and other contributing documents / records from the medical team and school personnel to create a seamless hand-off from Intake
  • Expertise in conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) for clients
  • Critical insights to synthesize assessment data resulting in an actionable initial treatment plan producing measurable outcomes, rooted in evidence-based practices
  • Minimum two years of experience in report writing and designing treatment plans for home and center-based ABA services
  • Clear communication, compassionate feedback to families, and strong collaborative approach with supervising BCBAs to ensure an integrated pathway for effective intervention
  • Meticulous attention to detail and deadlines
  • Commitment to team-oriented goals
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including in-house psychologists
