We offer holistic therapy and medication management to help women overcome challenges such as postpartum mental health issues. Our fully remote, collaborative team is rapidly expanding and committed to improving access to quality mental health services across the United States. Founded by Dr. Sipra Laddha and Shama Rathi, LunaJoy was born out of the frustration of seeing women wait 6+ months for specialized maternal mental health care. Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales (Healthcare SaaS) with proven experience selling Health Tech, RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring), RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring), or CCM (Chronic Care Management) products. In your first 30 days, you will finalize our sales playbook for the RPM launch; by day 90, you will have closed 3 health system pilots. This role will be responsible for building and executing LunaJoy’s sales strategy, driving predictable revenue growth, and developing a high-performing sales team aligned with our mission of supporting the mental health journey of one million women. This position requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership—someone who can design scalable sales processes while directly supporting deal execution and team development in a fast-paced, mission-driven, remote-first environment. We are open to nearshore and offshore candidates with prior experience selling RPM, RTM, or CCM healthcare technology solutions to U.S.-based providers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with LunaJoy’s growth objectives and mission.
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline performance, and sales forecasting across all sales channels.
  • Identify new market opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies within the healthcare SaaS and digital health space (RPM / RTM / CCM).
  • Drive predictable, scalable revenue growth through data-driven decision-making.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric selling.
  • Develop sales playbooks, best practices, and standardized methodologies for consistent execution.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Enablement to ensure the team has the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Sales Operations & Process Optimization

  • Design and optimize end-to-end sales processes from lead generation through close and handoff to Customer Success.
  • Ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Oversee CRM strategy and data integrity (Salesforce, HubSpot, Go High Level, or similar tools).
  • Implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Forecasting & Strategic Planning

  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning in partnership with Finance and Leadership.
  • Analyze trends, conversion rates, and sales-cycle performance to continuously refine the strategy.
  • Contribute to annual and quarterly business planning and budgeting processes.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Act as a senior representative of LunaJoy in key customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform product, marketing, and service improvements.
  • Stay current on healthcare regulations, industry trends, and competitive landscape within digital health and SaaS markets.
  • You have a track record of selling into US health systems and understand the nuances of RPM reimbursement.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles with at least 3–5 years selling Health Tech, RPM, RTM, or CCM products.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales models, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations (RevOps).
  • Experience selling to U.S. healthcare providers (clinics, practices, or health systems).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales technology platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Go High Level, or similar).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, remote-first environment.
  • Open to nearshore/offshore candidates with relevant RPM/RTM/CCM sales experience.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or women’s health services.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA and compliance considerations in sales and marketing).
  • Experience implementing sales automation and enablement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong).
  • Background in scaling startups or high-growth healthcare organizations.
  • Understanding of sales compensation design and incentive programs.
  • Experience with subscription-based or value-based care revenue models.
