Assistant Director of Clinical Data Management

Oversee the management of clinical data for various research projects at Yale University. Create and implement data management processes and protocols to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Develop and maintain data quality control measures and procedures. Train and supervise a team of data management staff to ensure consistent and accurate data entry and management. Collaborate with research teams to understand data needs and requirements. Monitor data collection processes and identify and resolve any data discrepancies. Maintain and update databases and data collection systems. Conduct regular audits of data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and maintain data management plans and documentation. Participate in data analysis and interpretation to support research initiatives. Stay current with industry standards and best practices in clinical data management. Communicate with stakeholders and present data management reports and findings. Manage and prioritize multiple data management projects and tasks. Troubleshoot data management issues and provide timely resolutions. Ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with institutional policies and regulations.
