Contract, Hourly · Remote · US-based Competitive hourly rate ABOUT US Warehouse Exchange is an AI-native clearinghouse for flexible logistics space. We match warehouse owners with businesses that need short-term space, and we handle the entire transaction. We are growing fast and we are looking for one sharp, personable contractor to run our supplier onboarding calls. WHAT YOU WILL DO Every new warehouse owner who joins our platform gets a welcome call. That call is yours to run. The job is real, substantive conversation with suppliers — asking the right questions, drawing out the details that matter, and making sure nothing important gets missed.
- Conduct 15-minute onboarding calls with warehouse owners and suppliers
- Ask sharp, well-sequenced questions to understand the property, the owner's goals, and what they actually want to offer
- Listen carefully and dig deeper when something needs clarifying
- Capture accurate, complete information from every conversation
- Leave every supplier feeling heard, confident, and ready to go
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A natural conversationalist who makes people comfortable and keeps them talking
- Someone who knows how to ask the right question at the right moment
- A strong active listener who picks up on what people mean, not just what they say
- Organized and detail-oriented, with complete and reliable notes after every call
- Background in commercial real estate, property management, inside sales, or customer success is a strong plus
- US-based, fluent English speaker
COMPENSATION This is a contract, hourly position. We pay competitively for the right person.
