Referral and Affiliate Operations Manager

## Job Responsibilities Manage and optimize existing affiliate programs to ensure maximum performance and efficiency. Launch new affiliate programs, expanding the affiliate network and reaching new partners. Collaborate internally with the data team to monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics. Deliver performance analysis and insights to affiliate account managers to inform strategic decisions. Set up and implement operational strategies for effective affiliate management, aligning with overall business goals. Provide regular updates and reports on affiliate program performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Organize and coordinate feedback from affiliates regarding campaigns and products, evaluate potential optimizations, and execute necessary changes. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the affiliate marketing space and adjust strategies accordingly. ## Job Requirements Strong understanding of the crypto space. Proven experience in affiliate marketing and operations. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
