Accountant / Controller DC Pro LVA – Broken Arrow, OK (Tulsa Metro Area) Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE) DC Pro LVA is a fast-growing, full-service production house founded in 2012 by Daniel Connell. We specialize in lighting, video, and audio (LVA) solutions — including equipment sales, rentals, design, and installation — for churches, concerts, corporate events, and live productions across the region and beyond. Our mission is simple: help clients create unforgettable experiences. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Accountant/Controller to take ownership of our financial operations and help drive the next stage of our growth. This is more than a “numbers job.” You’ll play a key strategic role in a creative, fast-paced industry where every project is different and every day brings new energy. What You’ll Do:

• Manage all day-to-day accounting functions (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, bank reconciliations)
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, reports, and cash-flow forecasts
• Oversee budgeting, job costing, and financial analysis for events and equipment projects
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and sales-tax requirements for rentals/sales
• Partner with ownership and department leads on financial strategy, profitability, and scaling decisions
• Maintain and improve financial systems and processes as the company grows

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred for Controller-level candidates)
• 3–7+ years of progressive accounting experience (small business or service-industry background is a big plus)
• Proficiency with accounting software — QuickBooks experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights
• High integrity, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a hands-on environment
