Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Response Representative (MRR) to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, this role is essential in bridging the gap between inbound lead generation and sales execution. The MRR will be responsible for promptly engaging inbound leads, qualifying them as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and scheduling meetings with Partner Managers (Account Executives) for further discussions. Your contributions will play a key role in expanding the sales pipeline and driving business growth. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Engagement and Qualification
  • Respond swiftly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website forms, and other sources.
  • Engage with leads to assess their needs, challenges, and alignment with our offerings, qualifying them as MQLs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, delivering an excellent first impression of the company.
  • Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Communications to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.
  • Facilitate the seamless transfer of qualified leads to Partner Managers, providing all necessary background and insights.
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified leads and Partner Managers.
  • Ensure a smooth transition by preparing Partner Managers with all relevant information on the prospect.
  • Collaboration and Feedback
  • Provide feedback to the Head of Communications and the broader team regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Actively contribute to the optimization of lead nurturing strategies and qualification processes.
  • Reporting and Metrics
  • Regularly report on key metrics such as lead response time, MQL conversion rates, and scheduled meetings.
  • Share insights and data trends with the Head of Communications to guide marketing and sales alignment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting lead behavior and campaign performance.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Speed and responsiveness to inbound leads.
  • Number and quality of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Meetings scheduled and completed with Partner Managers.
  • Conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
