Generalist -- Remote
We are looking for a highly capable and adaptable Generalist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys working with both people and data, and can quickly move between analytical, technical, and communication-driven tasks. You don’t need a traditional background in law or any single discipline — what matters is your ability to think clearly, learn quickly, and execute effectively across a wide range of challenges. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. What You’ll Do
- Tackle a wide variety of problems spanning research, analysis, operations, and communication.
- Break down complex issues into clear, actionable steps and deliver practical solutions.
- Conduct deep research across topics (legal, technical, business, or operational) and synthesize findings.
- Work with data, numbers, and financial concepts to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in building processes, improving systems, and increasing overall team efficiency.
- Quickly learn new tools, domains, and frameworks as needed.
