We’re Hiring: Junior Cloud Engineer (Entry-Level / Associate) Location : United States Employment Type : Full-Time / Part-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cloud Engineer to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable cloud environments in a hybrid work setting. What You’ll Do
- Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
- Help implement cloud security best practices and compliance standards
- Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Maintain system documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with development and IT teams
- Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency
Tools & Technologies
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
- Scripting: Python, Bash
- CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes (basic knowledge)
- Monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Prometheus
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in cloud, IT, or DevOps-related roles
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Basic scripting or programming skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow in cloud technologies
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong English communication skills
