Remote · USA Full-time New today

Background Ziflow is the leading creative collaboration platform helping agencies and brands streamline feedback and approval for creative assets — from concept to delivery. Our customers include Toyota, McCann Worldgroup, AWS, Doordash, Williams Sonoma, and Bark. Founded in 2016, Ziflow serves thousands of customers globally, with team members in the US, UK, Poland, Canada, and South Africa. Our executive team has a proven track record of building, scaling, and successfully exiting SaaS businesses — and we’re just getting started. Join us to help build a world-class team that creates world-class work. The Role As a Product Manager at Ziflow, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product and ensuring it delivers maximum value to our customers. We are looking for someone who combines a deep understanding of user needs with strong analytical and strategic thinking. You will not only gather and translate customer and market insights into actionable requirements but also help set the direction for how our product evolves to meet key business goals. In this role, you’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration for key areas of the product. That means engaging directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities; working closely with development, design, and QA teams to bring solutions to life; and collaborating across marketing, success, and support to ensure features launch smoothly and effectively. Your work will involve defining detailed user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and tracking success through clear metrics and instrumentation. You’ll thrive in the details of execution while also keeping sight of the bigger picture—how Ziflow can help creative teams around the world accelerate their content creation processes. If you’re passionate about building products that solve real problems, excel at turning insights into outcomes, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative SaaS environment, we want to hear from you.
