Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Tactacam! As a Sr. Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition efforts across various functional areas, including operations, HR, sales, marketing, finance, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finding top-tier talent. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Serve as a brand ambassador, authentically communicating Tactacam’s mission to enhance the outdoor experience through innovation to candidates across the country. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage and attract passive candidates. Utilize Semantic Search (NLP) tools to look beyond keywords, identifying transferable skills and hidden talent that traditional ATS filters might overlook Optimize the recruitment funnel by automating administrative 'friction' - such as interview coordination and feedback summaries - using Interview Intelligence and AI platforms Stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices, recommending and implementing process improvements as needed. Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Tactacam's reputation as an employer of choice. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven track record as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist or another similar role with at least 5 years of experience. In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. Demonstrated success in recruiting for various functional areas, including operations, HR, sales, marketing, and finance. Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), with preference given to Greenhouse experience. Exceptional sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage top talent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. Strategic mindset with a focus on attracting and acquiring high-quality talent.
