Remote Medical Sales Representative, Primary Care (Digital Health + Allergy Solutions)

Remote · USA Full-time New today

We are seeking a high-performing Medical Sales Representative to drive new business across primary care and select specialty practices. This is a consultative, solution-based sales role focused on building long-term relationships with physicians and practice administrators. This role is ideal for someone who understands how independent practices operate, how physicians think, and how to sell solutions that are clinical, operational, and financial at the same time. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development to closing and early account handoff. Success in this role requires credibility with providers, comfort discussing reimbursement and workflows, and the ability to sell value rather than features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of independent primary care practices, typically with three or

more full-time providers

  • Engage physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leadership in consultative sales

conversations

  • Clearly articulate how QHSLab fits into existing workflows without adding burden to staff
  • Position digital screening, population health tools, and follow-up programs as practical,

reimbursable solutions

  • Address common objections related to time, reimbursement, compliance, and staff capacity
  • Coordinate demos, onboarding transitions, and early adoption support with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecasting updates
  • Represent QHSLab professionally at meetings, site visits, and occasional regional events

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of healthcare sales experience, with a strong preference for primary care, value- based care, or practice-level solutions
  • Proven success selling to independent physician practices, not just hospital systems
  • Working knowledge of fee-for-service reimbursement and common CPT-based programs
  • Experience selling workflow-embedded solutions such as digital health tools, diagnostics, population health, or clinical services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a territory independently and close multi-site or multi-provider accounts

Core Competencies for Success

  • Deep understanding of how primary care practices actually operate day to day
  • Ability to speak credibly with physicians about clinical relevance, not just product features
  • Comfort discussing reimbursement, documentation requirements, and ROI at a practical level
  • Strong consultative selling skills, listening first and tailoring the solution to the practice
  • Organized, disciplined pipeline management and follow-through
  • High integrity, professionalism, and long-term relationship mindset
  • Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable in a growing, entrepreneurial environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission
  • Opportunity to sell a differentiated, clinically meaningful platform with real reimbursement impact
  • High autonomy and ownership of your territory
  • Direct access to leadership and influence on go-to-market strategy
  • Long-term growth potential as QHSLab expands nationally

Compensation & Structure

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to new account activation and recurring revenue
  • Clear path to $150K+ annual earnings for high performers
  • Expense support and travel reimbursement

Why Join QHSLab

  • Public company with growing national footprint
  • Recurring revenue model aligned with provider success
  • Solutions that improve patient care while generating measurable ROI for practices
  • Strong clinical foundation with expanding product portfolio
  • Opportunity to build and own a territory with long-term upside

Additional Information

  • Travel required within assigned territory
  • Valid driver’s license required
