Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience working with large language models or in related roles (AI operations, machine learning, NLP, or data analytics).
• Experience in crafting prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM-based systems.
• Background in content creation, UX writing, programming, or data analysis is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with generative AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI).
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) is preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail, tone, and context.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and refine effective prompts to guide AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) toward desired outputs.
• Test, evaluate, and iterate prompts to improve response accuracy, tone, and consistency.
• Analyze model outputs to identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and AI researchers to integrate optimized prompts into workflows, tools, or applications.
• Develop prompt libraries, style guides, and documentation for internal use.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align AI behavior with organizational objectives, ethical standards, and brand voice.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis on prompt effectiveness.
• Stay up to date on the latest advancements in generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and LLM fine-tuning.
