What You'll Do
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as the frontline team for arenaflex, helping to reunite pets with their pet parents
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer satisfaction goals
- Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and evenings
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home (if working remotely)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
