Key Responsibilities

As an AppleCare Counselor, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (training provided)

  • Proficiency in using time management tools and software
  • Basic knowledge of technical concepts and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes

* Experience working with Apple products and services (e.g., iOS, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Macintosh)

  • Familiarity with technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional)
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
