The Role

As a remote Customer Service Representative – Automotive Dealer Support, you will act as a resource for automotive dealerships needing help with orders they've placed. You will provide fantastic service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, assist with car warranties, escalate critical orders, and offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive

• Use your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Eligibility Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Available to work during the hours listed below, with a reliable schedule and ability to meet deadlines
• Michigan resident
• High-speed internet access at home, with the ability to connect via Ethernet or landline
• Secluded and distraction-free work environment

Schedule

* Training (requires 100% attendance): + First five weeks – instructor-led: 8 hours/day, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Eastern time + Next four weeks – hands-on calls: scheduled during hours of operation, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Eastern time

• Work schedule:

+ Able to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday + No weekends!

Nice to Have

* Degree in a relevant or related field

• Experience in the automotive industry

Remote Work Requirements

* Michigan resident

• High-speed internet access at home, with the ability to connect via Ethernet or landline
• Secluded and distraction-free work environment
