Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from store partners, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating and managing tickets for help and follow-up purposes, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and tracked
  • Conducting basic research to resolve customer issues, using available resources and tools to find solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are friendly, helpful, and respectful
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using similar systems a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of success in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate with customers in their preferred language
