Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Enterprise Customer Engineer to join our team of cloud experts. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll work closely with top clients to identify and assess big-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure. Your expertise will help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy, run benchmarks for current models, and develop migration paths to optimize performance. Alongside this, you'll collaborate with internal Cloud AI teams to break down roadblocks and shape the future of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and assess big-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure

  • Help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by:

+ Running benchmarks for current models + Finding opportunities to apply accelerators for new models + Developing migration paths + Assisting with research fees to optimize performance

  • Work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to break down roadblocks and shape the future of our services
  • Collaborate with clients to develop repeatable assets that enable other clients and internal groups to benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure
  • Influence Google Cloud approach on the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for client requirements
  • Travel to client sites and events as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models
  • Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions aligned with client-defined scope and success criteria

Desired Qualifications:

* Experience in education and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, advice, genomics) with accelerators

  • Experience running MLPerf benchmarks
  • Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard)
  • Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance vs. cost
  • Designing/architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases
  • Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $125-$175,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
