The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Representative, you'll work closely with our client success team to sell coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary objective will be to start authentic conversations that lead to sales, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with existing leads and close sales (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with our audience (2 hours/day)
- Respond to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and updates (30 minutes/day)
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new challenges
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working from home or in a remote environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and sales strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for learning and professional growth

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
