Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist – Conversational Sales and Marketing

The Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in starting authentic conversations with potential customers on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to sell coaching programs on behalf of our clients, a diverse range of business coaches with expertise in various areas of business.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential customers (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Respond to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and updates (30 minutes/day)
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new challenges
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working from home and managing remote teams
- Familiarity with social media platforms and sales strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Compensation and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
