Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
• Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
• Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
• Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
• Identifying and resolving issues related to driver applications and onboarding processes
• Providing exceptional customer service to delivery professionals and internal stakeholders

Experience:

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Associate's degree or above
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service
• Strong understanding of data entry software and systems
• Experience with virtual vehicle safety inspections or similar processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
