Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in FL, OK, KS, or IL) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flextime Availability) Type: Full-Time About Wiretap Telecom Wiretap Telecom is a software-first, facilities-based telecommunications carrier. We aren't a reseller; we are an infrastructure-focused organization that prioritizes automation and customer-facing solutions with a human touch. We provide high-stability, white-glove service models to MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and businesses that require sophisticated telecommunications performance. We are currently scaling our operations and are looking for a high-energy "Hunter" to drive our account acquisition and growth. The Role As a Business Development Representative, your primary mission is new customer acquisition. This is an active, high-volume role designed for a professional who thrives on prospecting and closing. You will own the entire sales funnel, identifying opportunities and converting them into active, billing accounts on our managed platforms.

Responsibilities

Aggressive Growth: Achieve high-volume B2B partnerships, focusing on outpacing industry churn and expanding our footprint within the managed-services market. Full-Cycle Hunting: Manage the entire process from initial prospecting and discovery calls to platform demos and final closing. Technical Consultative Sales: Learn and communicate the advantages of our core-managed infrastructure to technical decision-makers. Pipeline Management: Maintain a high level of daily activity to ensure consistent net growth. Collaboration: Work with the leadership team to refine sales messaging and identify high-conversion market segments. Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: $60,000 per year base plus commissions. Requirements

Residency: Must currently reside in Florida, Oklahoma, Kansas, or Illinois. Experience: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (Telecom, SaaS, or Managed Services preferred). The "Hunter" Mindset: A self-motivated closer who is comfortable with high-activity metrics and remote autonomy. Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts (SIP, PBX, and Cloud Networking) clearly and persuasively. Apply To This Job
