Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our company, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
