Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our team to identify and escalate priority issues, maintain and improve service quality, and collaborate on initiatives to enhance customer support.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist customers in placing online orders: Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers, ensuring a seamless online ordering experience.
  • Provide support through phone calls: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments securely: Ensure secure and efficient payment processing, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and security.
  • Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation: Anticipate and address customer needs, maintaining a positive brand image and reputation.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues: Recognize and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize customer dissatisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support: Work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and enhance customer support processes.
  • Maintain and improve service quality: Continuously evaluate and improve our service quality, ensuring that we meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
  • Work Experience: At least 6 months in customer support, with call center experience advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Language: B2 level proficiency in English, with Mandarin language skills a must.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service skills, active listening, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Technical Skills: A typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
