Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inbound and outbound calls: Provide exceptional customer service experience consistently, managing customer accounts and providing technical support.
  • Application data entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our systems.
  • Online chat inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective support.
  • Creative problem-solving: Use your skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Time and task management: Prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines: Follow defined procedures and policies for communications via all channels.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills: Proficiency in using technology and learning new systems.
  • High level of professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Comfortable working from home: A dedicated, private, and secure workspace, with a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period.
  • Commitment to full attendance: Attend the 3-week Training period and commit to full attendance during this time.
  • Background check and health screening: Complete a background check and health screening as required.
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet: Ensure you have a stable and secure internet connection with a hard-wired ethernet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, would be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.
