Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Communicating customer feedback and suggestions to the team to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and/or chat

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)

Essential Qualifications:
