About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the primary point of contact between our business and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Support customers throughout the online comparison process
• Offer clarity on product information and help customers take advantage of special offers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve:

• You are a best-in-class customer service operator with experience in supporting customers within a contact centre environment or face-to-face
• Experience of communicating with customers effectively via the telephone and digital channels (i.e., email, live chat, and social media)
• Proven general IT skills, such as Word, Excel, and Google Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
