Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients via email, chat, and phone. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing step-by-step technical help, and guiding clients through a series of actions to resolve their problems. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve customer tickets in a timely and efficient manner

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues using your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
  • Provide clear and concise step-by-step technical help via email, chat, and phone
  • Guide clients through a series of actions to resolve technical issues, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* At least 3 years of technical experience in a hosting company, software company, or related field

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in technical support for at least 3 years, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Strong English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Preferred qualifications:

+ Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets + Familiarity with hosting platforms, software, and web servers + Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Age: 30 years or younger
  • Residency: Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun
  • Education: Graduates only
  • Gender: Males and females are welcome to apply

Work Conditions

* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, working from the office or from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM, working from home

  • 2 days off per month, with the option to change the days each month
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home or the office
  • One-month paid training program to ensure a smooth transition into the role
