Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and we're only considering candidates who reside in California.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Handle high call volumes with ease, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Accurately document and record customer/client information, using computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
  • Participate in training and team meetings, using video conferencing tools to stay connected with the team
  • Maintain a quiet workspace free from distractions, with a table and chair, and high-speed internet access via a hardwired modem connection

Training and Onboarding

* 2-3 weeks of comprehensive training, including on-camera sessions and team meetings

  • Required to be on camera during training and team meetings, especially during attendance calls
  • Business casual dress code during working hours

Attendance Policy

* No time off in the first 90 days of assignment

  • Must be available to work all scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends

Requirements and Qualifications

* 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting

  • Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens, with experience working in a call center environment
  • Ability to handle complex calls and resolve issues efficiently
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
  • Preferred: Bi-lingual in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien
