What You’ll Do

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand through live chat interactions, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in real-time. You’ll use your expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure every customer’s experience is smooth, efficient, and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting requests through live chat

  • Provide solutions that are customer-centric, clear, and timely
  • Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional tone in all communications
  • Meet performance targets and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

What You’ll Need:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven customer service experience (previous live chat experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to help others.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong typing skills and familiarity with chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous live chat experience

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
