What You’ll Do
As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand through live chat interactions, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in real-time. You’ll use your expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure every customer’s experience is smooth, efficient, and exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience (previous live chat experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to help others.
