You'll work independently, using your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex customer issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week
