Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a seasoned CX professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, email, and SMS interactions. You'll work closely with our clients, event, and support teams to provide timely and effective support, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities

* Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates

  • Communicate promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
  • Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective customer experience strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* 5-day a week fully remote position

  • Hours: 2:30pm-11pm CST Sun-Thurs
  • First two weeks of training will be M-F
  • Sundays are mandatory
  • Fridays and Saturdays off
  • Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
  • Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required
  • Passion for health and wellness is a must!

Compensation and Benefits

* Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hr or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses

  • Starting base rate: $20/hour
  • Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals
  • All team members are eligible for stock option grants, awarded based on performance annually
