Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Coordinator on our Remote Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Promoting and selling arenaflex's products and services to customers
• Providing support with passenger check-in and load acceptance
• Interpreting authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
• Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times
• Providing support to troubled passengers and customers
• Protecting arenaflex's business assets and revenue
• Providing for a safe journey for our customers
• Possessing the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties
• Using organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe
• Being self-motivated and requiring minimum supervision
• Responding and assisting during safety and emergency situations
• Following internal and external regulations and procedures
• May be required to drive and operate air stairs to board and deplane passengers
• Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
• May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities

All You'll Need for Success

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school degree or GED
• The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
• A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
• Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
