Job Summary

As a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, or live chats. You will identify and assess customer needs, build sustainable relationships of trust, and provide accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools. You will also meet personal and customer service team targets, keep records of customer interactions, and follow communication procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meet personal and customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Dutch (required)

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Good level of English
  • Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
  • Strong written skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
