The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will be critical in building trust and loyalty. Your primary duties will include:

  • Customer Service and Claim Intake: Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical expertise, and collect and document claim details accurately.
  • Positive Customer Experience: Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions.
  • Call Scripting: Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations.
  • Core Values: Demonstrate arenaflex's core values, including customer first, self-motivated, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred: While not required, proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40wpm.
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required; 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred.

Network Requirements

To ensure a stable and secure connection, you will need:

  • Speed Test: Run a speed test from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net).
  • Ethernet Connection: While not required, an Ethernet connection is strongly recommended.
  • Private Network: You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations.
  • No VPNs: Logins must happen in the US, and VPNs are not allowed.

Work Schedule

As a part-time employee, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule from the following options:

  • Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 7:00AM-3:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday 7:00AM-12:00PM
  • Saturdays Only 4:00PM-10:00PM
  • Monday, Tuesday, Friday 2:00PM-6:00PM
  • Sundays Only 8:00AM-4:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday 10:00AM-5:00PM
  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday 11:00AM-7:00PM
