Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Focusing on customer retention and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they are met
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
