What You Will Be Doing:

Skills and Background Needed:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • At least 10+ hours of availability per week to ensure consistent and reliable support
  • A reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with customers and team members
