Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through:
- Understanding and effectively presenting products and promotions to customers
- Building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and personalized service
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics in customer service
- Efficiently multitasking and navigating through multiple systems during each interaction
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
- Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): Achieve an NPS score of 50 or higher
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Location: Remote work online from the United States
