Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments as needed
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
• Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
• Helping to explain contract details and manage existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences for our customers
• Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
• Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
