- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated speech quality
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and natural delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
- Fluent in Italian — native or near-native proficiency
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
- Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet recording environment
- Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, rhythm, and clarity in speech
- No prior AI or tech experience required
- Experience with professional audio recording software or home studio setup
- Background in broadcast, theatre, podcasting, or audio production
- Familiarity with AI tools or voice evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variation
