Senior Brand Manager, Global Innovation

Our client, a leading force in the FMCG sector, is seeking a highly motivated and strategically-minded Senior Brand Manager to join their dynamic global innovation team. This role is fully remote , offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US, with a primary focus on driving growth and market penetration for key product lines. You will be instrumental in identifying emerging consumer trends, translating insights into actionable product development strategies, and leading cross-functional teams from ideation through to successful market launch. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with overarching business objectives and drive consumer engagement. Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive landscaping, and consumer research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for innovation. Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new product initiatives, working closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely and effective product launches. Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product introductions and existing portfolio enhancements. Track and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Manage external agencies and partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within a distributed team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth. Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research methodologies, and innovation processes. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant marketing software and analytics tools. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
