Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Inbound Operations team, reporting directly to our Dealer Administrations Manager. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills, build your career, and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues to enhance their overall performance on all key metrics

  • Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support and making working with us easy for merchants
  • Recognize areas for improvement and execute tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Is customer-driven and successful at working with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise

  • Is proficient in using Google Sheets or can perform data analysis
  • Excels in both individual and team-based settings

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience working in an office environment

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Google Sheets and other productivity tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
