Experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Weekend Shifts

As a highly motivated and production-driven individual, you'll join our Operations team in a part-time capacity, working approximately 3-29 hours per week. We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to help us improve the customer experience during a challenging time.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve customer issues, collect and document claim details, and utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs.

  • Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process.
  • Collect and document all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
  • Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
  • Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support.
  • Adhere to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

  • 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports.
  • Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions.
  • Ability to project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence.
  • Ability to provide feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to type at least 40wpm.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended).
  • Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations.
  • No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US.

Benefits and Compensation

* Competitive compensation

  • 20+ hours per week: Ancillary Benefits (Dental, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness, Dependent Care, FSA, SavvyFi- College Savings) eligible on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • Less than 20 hours per week: Ancillary Benefits (Dependent Care, FSA, SavvyFi- College Savings) eligible on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • 401K: Eligible after 6 months of employment.
  • PTO: Eligible after 90 days of employment.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
